The results of the "UMNIK" contest

  The final stage of the 5th Students Competition of innovation project of the programme "UMNIK" finished on 4 April.

40 projects took part in the final competition, 16 of which were announced the winners (There were 132 applications altogether). They were awarded not only diplomas, but also certificates for free education on the specially developed programme "Image of UMNIK" of the IMAGE LABORATORY of the Faculty of additional and innovation education of Perm State Institute of art and culture.
The best projects were chosen in each direction:
"Biotechnologies" - 2 projects,
"Information Technologies" - 4 projects,
"Medicine of the future" - 5 projects,
"New tools and hardware systems" - 2 projects,
"Modern materials and creation technologies" - 3 projects.

This year for the first time in UMNIK history the projects were evaluated at the correspondence point not only by Perm Experts, but also with the help of "Center for Commercialization and Technology Transfer" the external evaluation was carried out by experts from cities, such as Ekaterinburg, Izhevsk, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk and Pyatigorsk.
